1.To do the all of cash in and cash out related to discretional spending accounting treatment in system
2.Keep the full set of accounting books and file all reports to satisfy local reporting requirements
3.All expenses accounts and GL Reconciliation
4.Maintain fixed assets movement.
5.Track and prepare Capex status statement.
6.Cross check and reconcile salary and benefit payable account with HR and make reconciliation to other major assets and liability accounts (like accrual accounts)
7.Produce monthly reporting of financial results for statutory and Hyperion
8.Prepare cash flow statement monthly.
9.Provide proper records and reports on the expenses of the center, and assist in expense control
10.Prepare some reports requested by Chinese partner.1
1.Liaison with external and internal auditor for the interim and year end annual audit and CSA or 404 compliance.1
