Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:Live the company valuesContribute to achieving the CB vision and mission as well as the PRE target.Deliver and where possible exceed targets as set out in your KPIsEstablish,develop and implement short and long term operation strategies and objectives for the PRE region market place.Ensure seaming less cooperation with other departments in the PRE region.Ensure that new systems being rolled out are implemented smoothly in PRE region.Establish and communicate clear priorities to all entities under your responsibilityEnsure and develop a high market profile and image of Maersk as a professional,profitable and customer oriented container carrier in the PRE market placeIdentify,analyze,develop and communicate new business opportunities in the areas of potential interest to Maersk within the PRE region.Ensure that the rules and regulations in force,as issued by any State,Provincial Government or Regulatory body are observed and complied with.Keep the Regional Cluster Manager updated on any major industry developments.Keep the Regional Cluster Manager updated on competitors activities.Always comply with the companys policies/guidelines,hereunder specifically to ensure that policies for EDP

-free cost estimate and payment settlement;Timely system update and cost analysis;Close RRMR outstanding on a monthly basis,general rule being that outstanding shall be closed three months after the activity,unless specific reasons for not doing so. Filing operational expensesinvoices in proper. All invoices/vouchers should be filed base on suppliers/months/suffix/vouchers number.Add value to various operation target achievement in East & Central China A clean bill of health in any audit to OPS entities in East & Central ChinaMeasurement / success criteria of the position:Your ability to perform within your areas of responsibility as outlined above.
