Job specifications:Have experience working in a 4As Agency.Opening new jobs when required.Ensure timely job closing at month end.Managing supplier payments.Manage timely client invoicing, and client paymentsWork closely with company suppliers.Have good communications with key staff members within the agency to ensure the smooth progress and delivery of each project.Coordinate with the business teams for client billing proceduresPrepare cash movement report/spending report for key clientCost control, update the cost list time to time.Partner with office senior management in business planning including budgetting/forecasting and client profitability managementGood control on suppliers to reassure of cost efficiencyQualifications:Qualified finance/accounting degree with good business and commercialsenseStrong interpersonal skillsable to work under pressure and observe tight reporting deadlinesWork with Finance Manager and Account Managers fluent oral English and excellent written English capability is an assetPlease send your CV to usPlease indicate the position you are applying for in your mail.
