Responsibilities:
- Research and understand Shanghai property market, including trends for expatriate living and new property developments.
- Work and support CL team in any other endeavors related to sales, marketing, administration as needed
- Assist Sales & marketing department to establish and maintain good relations with major agents and HR manager network.Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and above, majored in Business.
- Be willing to provide full support to the sales & marketing team, such as: paperwork, administration.
- Be presentable in handing front desk, answering the calls and deal with the visitors are required. Able to communicate in fluent English with overseas firms.
