Responsibility
-Support Senior Industrial Engineer in company wide projects.
-Provide statistical analysis on production efficiency.
-Manage assigned improvement projects.
-Technical support to production and logistic department on Industrial Engineering aspect.
-Perform root cause analysis.
-Support on layout drawing
-Improvement on Process and cycle time for production
-Design, analysis, documentation and validation of production and logistical process
-Interface with Process engineer, Production Supervisor, quality, equipment engineering and other functional groups.
-Utilize SMART tools to develop innovated solutions for highly complex problems.
-Actively develops plans (including backup plans) to meet schedule, budget.Requirement
-Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, or Manufacturing Systems Engineering.
-Good Statistical knowledge with analytical & problem solving skills; self
-motivated.
-Good knowledge on operation research concept and theories.
-Excellent PC skills (Words, Project Management, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Knowledge of CAD software (Auto Cad).
-Ability to work in a fast
-paced environment.
-Possess Good English skill. (Both in spoken and written)
-Knowledge of Time
-Studies method.
-Resourceful, action

-Ability to work independently, with high level of motivation and business mindset.
