1.系统架构设计(IPTV, Video Streaming) Location: Shanghai
Job Description:
1. Responsible for IPTV and Video Streaming product system architecture and design, IPTV and Video streaming End to End solution;
2. Draft and follow IPTV and Video streaming standard and specification;
3. Take responsible of specifying customer requirements into technical requirement specification;
4. Communicate with development and test team to ensure features developed successfully and peer review;
5. Provide strong technical support and assistant to market analysis and product manager;
6. Follow Alcatel-Lucent engineering development processes and methodologies;
Requirements:
1.Education background: Post-Doctor
2.Major in: Computer science and telecommunication;
3.Working experience: Prefer 4 years or above system design experiences;
4.Computer skill:
5.Language ability:Good written and spoken English skills;
6.Other requirements:
-- Good vision and product direction on IPTV and video streaming system;
-- Expert in Video codec encoding/decoding of MPEG4, H264 and AVS (Chinese video spec);
-- Experienced system architecture design skill;
-- Familiar with 3G and IMS network evolution;
-- Familiar with network technology, J2EE,IP protocol and Storage knowledge;

2.系统架构设计(ViSS) Location: Shanghai
Job Description:
1. Video surveillance system architecture and design and End to End solution design;
2. Draft and follow customer video surveillance systems standard specification;
3. Take responsible of specifying customer requirements into technical requirement specification;
4. Communicate with development and test team to ensure features developed successfully and peer review;
5. Provide strong support and assistant to market analysis and product manager;
6. Follow Alcatel-Lucent engineering development processes and methodologies;
Requirements:
1.Education background: Post-Doctor
