Ingersoll-Rand Summer Internship Program

Ingersoll-Rand 2007 Summer Internship Program has been launched in May. Our target students are those who will graduate in 2008 with a bachelor master degree. The internship positions involve in different functions such as marketing, sales, operation，finance, HR etc,. Successfully accepted candidates will not only take challenging internship jobs but also get the first-class coaching experience from their mentors in Ingersoll-Rand during this summer vocation. At the end of the program, a performance review will be conducted for each summer intern. Those who perform well will be directly recommended to join the final round interview of our campus recruitment programs including ADP(Accelerated Development Program), SDP(Sales Development Program) and DHP(Direct Hire Program). 英格索兰2007年暑期实习生项目自2007年5月正式启动，旨在为2007-2008年的校园招聘储备优秀的有潜质的人才。本次暑期实习生招聘面向全国各大高校的2008年本科或硕士应届毕业生，涉及市场、销售、生产运营、财务、人力资源等不同职能方向。最终被我们录取的学生将在英格索兰开展为期两个月的暑期实习工作，接受具有挑战性的任务安排，并得到工作教练的专业指导。在暑期末，我们将对所有暑期实习生进行绩效评估。工作表现优异的同学将获得直接参加英格索兰2007-2008年校园招聘最终面试的机会，成为我们的管理培训生（Accelerated Development Program）、销售培训生（Sales Development Program）或是英格索兰各工厂的直接招聘员工（Direct Hire Program）。欢迎大家积极踊跃地投递简历，无论最终是否获得我们的暑期实习生机会，凡申请该项目学生的简历都将直接进入我们的校园招聘人才储备库。
