Ingersoll-Rand 2007 Summer Internship Program has been launched in May. Our target students are those who will graduate in 2008 with a bachelor master degree. The internship positions involve in different functions such as marketing, sales, operation,finance, HR etc,. Successfully accepted candidates will not only take challenging internship jobs but also get the first-class coaching experience from their mentors in Ingersoll-Rand during this summer vocation. At the end of the program, a performance review will be conducted for each summer intern. Those who perform well will be directly recommended to join the final round interview of our campus recruitment programs including ADP(Accelerated Development Program), SDP(Sales Development Program) and DHP(Direct Hire Program).
