Yan Club Arts Center is located in Dashanzi art district, the heart of a growing community focusing on diversifying the Beijing art scene, as well as providing support for some of China’s most promising artists today. Yan Club Arts Center endeavors to introduce a broad range of Chinese contemporary art to the public at large. Our aim is to promote promising and talented Chinese artists to gain their deserved international recognition.
Position available: Manager Assistant
Job description:
1．Assist the manager in communicating with clients
2. Translation work from English to Chinese, artists’ CVs, articles for catalogues, emails
3．Communication with the media
4．Updating the website (no experience required)
5．Assist the manager in the production of catalogues, and in the participation to art fairs
6．Assist the manager in the organization of events ( fashion, international corporations, TVs)
Requirements：
1. Fluent English, especially fluent in oral communication
2. Detail - oriented person
3. Effient and fast
4. Good team player
Salary according to qualifications, will be discussed during interview
Work time: 6 days a week，from 10 am to 6 pm
