Main responsibility（主要工作职责） :
- Pick up and handle customer calls
- Liaise closely with suppliers’ customer Service or purchase Department
- Coordination with purchase, sales and production to make sure that production could meet sales demand
- Coordination with logistic to make sure products could be delivery on time
- Assure payments from customer timely and prepare daily/weekly/monthly A/R reconciliation with customer and Finance
- Handling customer complaint/ claim
- Input customer information orderRequirements（任职要求）:
- Bachelor degree, prefer in trading or logistic
- Strong interpersonal, independent and problem solving skill, prefer to have background of customer service in multinational company
- Detail
-focused, extremely customer service oriented
- Good team work spirit and team player
- Able to take intensive workload and work under pressure
- Fluent English in oral and written
- Computer literate
