Job description/Mission:We are looking for a junior accountant in ASAP Asia Pacific (Shanghai) Service Centre. You will be responsible for the accounting and reporting issues of Atlas Copco (Shanghai) Trading Company:
-Preparing E
-payment in HSBC E
-bank system, preparing other urgent payment to suppliers
-Book
-keeping of GL, SL and PL (with more focus on GL)
-Monthly analysis preparation
-Assisting of monthly reports preparation
-Issue debit note to inter companies, reconcile AP and AR with inter companiesExperience requirements:
-Experienced in accounting
-Good understanding of both Chinese Accounting Regulations and International Accounting Standard is essential
-Knowledge sophisticated ERP system SAP or ScalaKnowledge/Educational requirements:
-Education background in accounting or finance
-Fluent English in both writing and speaking
-Good at operation MS Office system, especially at ExcelPersonality requirements:You should be service minded, able to work under pressure with high commitment. As you will be working in a team together with other colleagues, it is important that you are communicative
