1. Must have knowledge of IB/T and AWS weld certification; 具备IB/T相关知识和AWS焊接证书；
2. Overall knowledge of welding process; 全面的焊接工艺相关知识；
3. 3 D modelling is helpful; 熟悉3D建模优先；
4. Structural and steel manufacturing background; 有结构和钢制造背景；
5.Fluency English in oral is a must. 英语流利。
