Responsible for directing the sales activities in a large region or for one product line. Has superior knowledge of the organization,the vusiness and sales atrategies. Develops the sales strategy and staffing model within the region. May also maintain some key client relationships. Manages and trains supervisors.
Provide input in the development of the sales strategy and staffing mode
Establishes sales representatives in a large region
Conducts training for sales empolyees
Conducts sales meetings and communicates new strategies to the sales force
Establishes and maintains good relationships with VIPs,distributors and customers
