岗位职责：

准确及时地执行与产品和服务相关的各项服务工作：

·        负责各种机型的维护和保养以及维修工作，能够提供给客户优质服务；

·        具有敬业精神，良好的客户服务技能以沟通能力；

·        良好的专业知识以及运用能力。

要求：

·        大学或以上学历;

·        英语熟练,具备良好的沟通能力；

·        理工科背景，机械和微电子专业优先;

·        熟電腦網絡和電腦硬件設備維修能力;

• 吃苦耐勞，有高度敬業精神和團隊合作精神;

·        能獨立工作、有責任心，並能適時經常出差.

·        具備半導體設備維修经验者優先錄用;

Customer Service Engineer

Job Description：

l        Provide technical support for specific products to the customers in semiconductor environment as required by Sales team.

l        Establish, develop & maintain positive relationship with customers to be looking for new business opportunities.

l        Provide technical advice to semiconductor customers regarding application of company products.

l        In charge of tool installation, maintenance and customer service.

Qualification:

l        Bachelor degree or above majored in physics/chemistry/semiconductor technology/electronic or related.

l        Good command of English & computer skill.

l        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to travel frequently.

l        Hard working with team spirit.

l        Semiconductor industry experience is a plus
