1.1Maintain the company’s General Ledger;
1.2Maintain General Ledger reconciliation for all accounts excluding those done by A/P and A/R staff;
1.3Ensure bank account reconciliation’s are prepared on a monthly basis before the end of the following month and do the necessary adjustment;
1.4Maintain the Company’s Cash Position and make sure both Cash In Hand and Banker’s Balance in GLs and Cashflows report are same;
1.5Assist in ensuring the end of month processing is complete;
1.6Monitoring all banks balance and do inter
-account transfers if necessary;
1.7Prepare all bank guarantees;
1.8Advice AP staff to enter all money out from bank in the system;
1.
9Advice AR staff to enter all deposits have gone into bank accounts (appearing on bank reconciliation);
1.10Other duties as directed by the Chief Accountant.(One year contract with the company)
