Ltd. (SSPA) Was established in January 1996. It is a joint venture between Schneider Electric (China) Investment Co. Ltd.(SECI) and Shanghai Electrical Apparatus Co. Ltd.(SEAC). The total investment is USD 18M, among which SECI holds 80% and SEAC holds 20%. As the unique manufacturer of Masterpact low voltage air breaker, SSPAs new factory located in Kangqiao Industrial Zone is specially designed and constructed to cope with the most advanced process of France.
