职位描述/要求：Quality Assurance Engineer/质量保证工程师

Responsibilities:

Handle the relative internal audit activities, including plan, summary, analysis, report and follow-up

Utilize process audits, customer feedback and other tools to drive continuous improvement of QMS

Conduct quality system training program within the company

Ensure the company effectively implement and maintain quality system, reliability and performance requirements.

Follow the revision/formalization of procedures with each Dept.

Establish/implement/maintain Forms, Instructions, Quality Standards and Methods (based on International & Paul Wurth Standards) for Manufacturing Processes, Materials and Products, Inspection and Sampling, Recording, Evaluating and Reporting

Quality and Reliability Data;

Made preparations for yearly official auditing and contacted with the certification body to carry out the periodic surveillance visits

Inform personnel when Quality Control Standards are revised or established;

Compile and write training material. Conduct Meetings/Specific Training necessary for Project Engineers and Manufacturing Workers to assure adherence to Quality Standards;

Take action to rectify vendor/supplier quality problems and insure adherence to specifications. Coordinate such activities with Project Management and Design Engineering;

Qualifications:

Solid knowledge of ISO9001 Management Systems, ISO9001 qualified Auditor preferred

At least 5 years work experience in comparable function;

An understanding of heavy equipment manufacturing (in multinational environment) is an advantage;

Audit skill is a must

Bachelor Degree in a technical background

Requirements:

Fluent in English & Chinese (written and oral);

Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching and mentoring skills;

Practices consensus decision making and strong problem solving skills;

Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project;
