1) Expert on C/C++ programming.
2) Expert on Linux System Programming － Unix IPC, Multi-Thread, OpenLDAP, SMTP, ...
3) Familiar with Software Engineering Method and development process － Configuration management ...
4) Experience on Embedded Linux is plus
5) Good team player
6) Passionate to Linux and software technology
