Responsibilities:
Works for IT helpdesk and provides daily IT support to users in the CCI Beijing
Works on technical problem identification & resolution
Installation of personal computer hardware and software
Development and / or maintenance existing personal computers, phone systems, servers, Local
Area and Wide Area networks infrastructure
Evaluates, analyses, tests and provides recommendations to new computer products including hardware, software and new technology
Follows established support processes
ELIGIBILITY:
Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent working experiences
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of PC hardware (experience with Dell range an advantage) & software (Microsoft Windows, Office, Lotus Notes mail)
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft, Windows server based networking a definite advantage
Preference for candidate with international corporation project management experience
