The head of Product Service Management in China is responsible for coordinating local activities towards DU China. The role will also be part of the global PSM management team together with the functional process owners. The coordinating responsibility covers all CS activities from project start to end-of-life. Important deliveries in project phase is preparation of product for repair and support and most important deliveries in maintenance phase is securing product quality feedback and together with DU securing solutions to issues identified in the market. An essential part of the role will be to work with functional managers on a global level and direct the local organization according to global guidelines.
Description of duties (Key tasks, responsibility, contacts, travelling and other information)
The key tasks of the Head of Product Service Management:
Coordinate Customer Services project and maintenance activities for China developed products.
Coordinate Customer Services BackOffice and product Quality feedback activities for China developed products.
Coordinate Repair Industrialization activities in China.
The position requires travel to Global CS HQ in Sweden and possibly to other sites in time zone.
Participation in Global PSM Management team
Participation in Project tollgates.
Participation in China Quality Board.
Participation in DU China program reviews.
Qualifications (education, experience, skills and traits)
- Fluent in English both written and spoken is essential.
- Engineer or Business administration education.
- Good project skills such as task solving to time plan and prioritizations are required.
- Experience in working with product quality.
- Experience of working with repair and support related processes.
- Global mindset and cultural awareness is required.
- Good social skills and team player is essential.
