It is a service function. The primary of Account Delivery Consultant is to provide service delivery management for major accounts includes service quality management, escalation management, pre-sales support and account development (service business generation), so that we can achieve best TCE and help to win more service and product biz in major accounts.
Your Profile:
Bachelor degree or above in technical or management.
Broad technology knowledge on Wintel platform.
Excellent communication skills, self motived, proactive attitude, a good team player.
Open, logic thinking, strong ownership & capability to manage account.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
Fluent read & written skill in English.
