Objective:
•To follow the quality issue of each project together with the Merchandiser assigned. Understand the client’s requirements and able to communicate in an efficient and effective manner with the Factories involved.
Essential Character Set:
•Good analytical and problem solving skills;

•Good team member.

Essential Skills Set:
•Working experience in a similar position in the Apparel/Knitwear industry, is considered a must;
•Ability to handle the relationship with the technical departments of the factories and communicate clearly with the both the factories and the internal personnel involved;
•Enjoy to visit factories in the different regions of China.

Desirable Requirements:
•Working experience in the QC and Final inspection department of a knitwear factory will be valued as a great advantage;
•Understanding of basic technical English terminology will be valued also as a great advantage but not as a must.

Job Responsibilities:
•Handle the relationship and communication between the assigned Merchandiser and the Factory;
•Proactively look for solutions when quality problems arise together with the factory;
•Follow the requirements of the clients and technical request together with the Merchandiser assigned, and make sure that the requirements were followed when checking a shipment;
•Conduct samples inspection, in-line and final inspection at the factory sights.

•能够与跟单员完成每个项目的质检，能够理解客户的要求并及时有效的与相关工厂进行交流，处理好每一个问题。

基本要求:
•具有良好的分析和解决问题的能力；
•善于沟通、协调，能够处理好部门间的合作；
•善于合理有效的利用时间；
•具有良好的团对精神。

基本技能要求:
•应聘者必须具备在服装或针织行业中从事过相同的质检工作，具有一定工作技能和经验；
•能够处理和协调与工厂的技术部和质检部的关系，并能够清晰明了的与工厂和公司内部部门进行沟通；
•能够经常去国内的工厂出差。

优先考虑:
•在针织品生产厂从事过相同工作的应聘者将会优先考虑；
•如应聘者了解基本的英文技术术语，将会优先考虑，但这不是必须的条件。

工作职责:
•协调工厂与跟单员之间的工作交流和关系；
•积极有效的与工厂合作，最快时间用最合理的办法解决项目中出现的质量问题；
•与单员一起，严格按照客户的要求对产品进行质检，并确保产品的大货生产严格按照客户的要求；
•产品生产中期和大货末期在工厂进行质检。
