Job Description:
* Prepare Welcome Hamper for Account Executive/QC visitor to present to inbound client in the time of delivery
* Coordinate with the insurer and the client in claim documents
* Collect info of complaints
* Prepare the weekly “Customer Feedback Register Log”
* Prepare the Claim Register
* Collect the Quality Control Report and prepare the Quality Control Register Log monthly.
* Responsible for the establishment, implementation & maintenance of the quality system and environment system
* coordinate with BSI/FAIM body to conduct external audit
Requirement:
* pleasant personality
* excellent command of both written & spoken English
* strong in co-ordination skills
* capable of working independently
* willing to work under pressure
