职位描述:
Responsibility:
负责制作并翻译本部门要求的各类报表。
对进出本部门的各种文件做好登记工作。
内外联络和交流(本部门内、本部门与其他部门间、公司外部)。
接待来访,协助经理处理日常事务。
日常办公室事务
完成领导交办的其他临时任务。
Requirement:
大专或以上学历;英语熟练。
熟练操作MS OFFICE软件,擅长EXCEL及POWERPOINT制作。
具有一定公关办事能力。
注重发展,学习能力强
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Support the daily work of department Work. Create and translate the documents which is need by department.
-Record the information that in/out from department.
-Communicate with inside and outside
-Receive the visitor and Assist department manger to handle daily working.
-Handle with daily working and do some paperwork.
-Other tasks assigned by Department Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-College degree or above and good spoken and written English skill is a plus.
-Computer capability minimum MS Office. Excellent computer skills, esp. MS office Excel and PowerPoint
-Good communication skills, could communicate with all levels in the company, able to work under pressure.
-Very good interpersonal skills, be able to work with all levels of people in the company.
