Role Overview:
Development Engineer/Architect/Team Leader is a flexible position with several interchangeable sub roles depending on experience and ability: software development, business analysis, architectural design and Team Leadership. Normally, a Development Engineer takes on all 4 roles in the development of a software solution but if a given individual demonstrates better business domain level knowledge and expertise in a given team on a given project, he or she may be a Business Analyst/Architect or Team Leader or Architect for that project. The purpose is providing flexibility and agility in the face of dynamic client demands, even in terms of roles and responsibilities. You are also required to spend time in our research center to develop your technology skills and further our technical ability to deliver.
Responsibility:
Deliver state of the art MS based software solutions to clients
Undertake training when necessary to fill a technology or process gap
Skill Requirements:
Experience working with various MS Technologies
Ability to research new technologies and technical concerns
Good understanding of design patterns, architectures, and coding standards
English writing/reading ability is essential
++Fluent spoken English
++Microsoft MCP, MCSE, MCAD certification
++Experience in agile development environment
++Experience in a CMM/CMMI based organization
++MS Technology teaching and mentoring experience
++Experience working in a foreign company environment
