Key Responsibilities:
1. Office reception duties, including customer service, registration of visitors/customers and informing the relevant staff.
2. Responsible for car booking, staff business trip arrangement, including air ticket and hotel accommodation.
3. Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages; maintain tracking of mail.
4. Connect, transfer and filter incoming calls; take and pass on message; reject sales.
5. Assist on office stationary replenishment;
6. Send important documents to bank for company.
7. Manage company mail box and distribute mails, pay telephone fee and other bills on time.
8. Responsible for collecting and processing timesheets. Order Thursday breakfast, overtime meals and water for office.
9. Assist Office Manager as requested.
Skills/experiences:
1. Graduated from college or above, with relevant experience will be a plus.
2. Good command of Mandarin, English communication skills will be preferred.
3. Quick study and self-starter with independence, flexibility, enthusiasm and patience.
4. Have ability to organize and coordinate with team work spirit, good interpersonal skill.
5. Eager to learn and willing to handle different tasks.
6. Able to operate office equipment, MS office applications etc.
