RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research on the optimal resource allocation for multi-access channel in next-generation MIMO-OFDM system
• Research on cross-layer resource allocation optimization algorithms with end-to-end QoS requirements
• Explore the radio resource management for next-generation coverged wireless broadband communication system

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education background: Ph.D majored in wireless communications
• Working experience: Related experience is a plus
• Computer skill: Good
• Language ability: Fluent in English
• Other requirements: Innovative and team-work
