1. Analog IC circuits design, simulation, and verification.
2. Work on the design of analog products and blocks like high current or high capacitive load output drivers, op amps, Voltage references, oscillators, error amplifiers, voltage regulators
3. Work with product definers and test engineers in the full product development flow
4. Floor planning
5. IC layout including DRC, LVS, and LPE
6. Layout techniques to improve circuit performance preferred
7. Work with app/test engineers to define optimal characterization/design solutions, based on design objectives.
Qualification:
1. BS/MSEE degree or equivalent experience with knowledge in analog MOS IC designIC Design tool, set, simulation, verification
2. Knowledge in analog IC layout
3. Excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese.
4. Willing to travel to USA and China if necessary.
