• Analog circuit design, simulation, and layout of a variety of blocks including delta-sigma AD/DA, Phase-Locked-Loop and class-D power amplifier
• Embedded high speed single-port SRAM design
• Stand-cell lib optimization and characterization
Qualification:
• Good analog design fundamentals, experience in transistor level design and able to perform critical analog layouts
• Familiar with CAD tools such as Hspice, Cadence and Hercules, etc
• Good English language skills, CET-6 pass is a plus
• MS in electronics or microelectronics
• Self-motivated, hardworking and must be a team player
职责：
1． 模拟电路设计、仿真和版图设计，如 AD/DA、PLL和功放

能力要求：
