负责确定和实现规定范围的具体工艺（工位）。
Define and realize the detailed process technology (work stations).
主要工作Main missions:
设计并实施工位布置，编制作业指导书，工时测量、分析和工艺平衡，AGREPT分析和改进，运用工效学分析方法提高工效。
Concept and realize the layout of work station, make ODS, Time measurement and process balance, AGREPT and ergonomics analysis and improvement

设计并实施工位布置Concept and realize the layout of work station
• Design the work station layout设计工位平面布置图
• Create production tool concept and preliminary specification设定生产工具和初始工艺参数
• Create production tooling concept in collaboration with the contractor和供应商一起设定工装
• Realize the layout of each work stations实现工位布置图

编制工艺和作业指导书make ODS
• Define process technology定义工艺过程
• Define standard operations定义标准操作
• Make and update work instructions of process编制并更新工艺指导书
• Make and update other ODS on production编制并更新其他生产操作指导书

工时分析和工艺平衡Time measurement and process balance
• Time measurement and study工时测量和研究
• Make sure process balance to the target确保工时平衡达标
• Time reduction降低工时

AGREPT以及工效学分析和改进AGREPT and ergonomics analysis and improvement
• AGREPT study: report and improvement AGREPT 研究：报告和改善

定时对产品做拆分分析以验证BOM数据的准确性Periodic teardown analysis of products to verify accuracy of BOM data
• Periodically teardown the products to analyze and verify accuracy of BOM data定期拆分产品，验证BOM数据的准确性
• Update the latest BOM data with manufacturing engineer 与制造工程师一起更新最新的BOM数据

• Be involved in quality issues solution介入质量问题的解决
• Make sure to product quality by production process control通过生产工艺过程控制保证产品质量
• Drive improvement of working conditions and ergonomics持续改进工作条件和工效

• Ensure transparent timely communication with line manager and internal customers确保与直线经理和内部客户等保持透明而及时的沟通与交流
• Follow the instructions of senior Engineer听从上级主管工程师的指导
附加或特殊工作任务Specific missions and results:
按时完成直属领导交付的其他工作和任务
Complete the other temporary work or tasks assigned by line manager on time.
