Managers product development works of Textile Dyes assigned by Head of R&D Textile.
In collaboration with regional product management, develops new products, including new chemicals & dyes and their formulations, to fill existing product gaps, starting with idea generating to finished commercial form.
Together with P&T TLP in the region, responsibility for Pilotation / Production in Shanghai.
Collaboration with all Regional R&D Chemists in Tangerang, Shanghai and Tianjin.
Propose R&D works to regional and global R&D
Requirements:
Major in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, master degree or PhD preferred
Knowledge and experience in organic synthesis and formulation of trade products including laboratory work preferred
Knowledge related to Pilotation resp. Production preferred
Good English, orally and written, preferred
Good computer operation skill, especially knowledge in chemistry related software and MS Office.
Strong communication skill and team spirit required
Highly motivated, Diligent, reliable, organized, flexible.
