1.Job Purpose
•To provide sales support to the Shanghai office.
To provide customer support with customers and agents as required.
•To handle Administrative/Secretarial Duties.
2.Job Dimensions
•To act as back-up during sales manager’s absence with help from the Regional Sales Manager.
•To handle sample requests.
•To request freight quotes from the headoffice.
•To handle some customer contacts, mainly in Chinese.
•To assist in gathering market information.
•To provide translation from English to Chinese of technical documents, specifications, customer letters and presentations.
•To assist with office expenses and office expense reports every month.
•To organise files for all internal documentation, and customer contracts and communication.
