Job Description:
1. Contract drafting, checking & negotiating with the counter-party;
2. Contract filing & management;
3. Claim, complaint & special case following up;
4. Business information collecting & filing for management review;
5. Other commercial & legal affairs;
6. Human resource, labor contract & labor affairs.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree majoring in law;
2. One year or more working experience related in legal & HR affairs;
3. Proficient in Chinese & English writing;
4. Logical thinking & sense of responsibility.
