职责/ Responsibilities:作为工程部成员之一，协助工程部的文件接收、核查、整理以及存档工作As a member of engineering department, provide general assistant to engineering department on receiving, checking, filing process and archiving documents
1.接收其它工程设备的原始设计输入/Receipt of Original Design input from other engineering facilities.
2.检查数据库的准确性，处理项目管理系统（小组中心）/Check database for accuracy, process onto the Project Management System (Team center).
3.对内发放建设/审查副本，从而确保可追溯性/Issue Copies where relevant internally for construction/review via transmittal, which is used for traceability purposes.
4.必要时修订数据库，更新历史数据/Revise the database when necessary, supersede historical information
5.必要时进行整理和存档（电子和纸文件）/File and archive where necessary (both electronic and hard copies)
6.将系统或文件夹内的所有历史数据存档，编号，登记，从而确保历史数据的可追溯性/Archive all historical information in system or archive boxes, sequentially number and logged onto a register. This will ensure traceability of historical information
7.接受销售商数据及发放给工程师进行审查的文件/Receipt of Vendor data, issued documentation to relevant engineers for review.
8.遵循“文件控制过程”的要求，详见项目质量程序和工作指令/Follow the requirements of Document Control Process as detailed in the project quality procedures and work instructions.要求/Requirement:
·良好的英文和中文沟通能力/Good English & Chinese communication
·积极主动并具备良好的团队合作精神/Initiative & team work spirit
·良好的计算机操作能力，包括MS office 软件包和/或公司指定数据库/Good in computer operation including MS office software package and/or company specified database.
·有工程背景者优先/Engineering background is preferred.
