Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:
-Filing for Finance DocumentationEnsuring relevant documents are attached to the vouchersCompleting accounting vouchers filing properly and timely
-整理财务凭证确保每张财务凭证后有相应的发票，清单确保每月的凭证及时准确的存档
-Fax distributionDistribution fax in half an hour basis分发传真每半小时在办公室分发一次传真
-Cashing Bank银行取现
-Other accounting related taskAssist accountants to trace the accounting record when needed协助财务人员检索凭证Learning opportunities in the position:
-Gathering basic accounting knowledge
-Work independently
-Interpersonal skillSpecific requirements for the position:
-Good communication skills
