Main responsibilities:
Manage, maintain and build relations with our private-label partners globally.
Work closely with BD Directors to support revenue projections
Supervise and operate day-to-day partner website management including:
1. SPODs picking work
2. Recent photos picking work
3. Daily checking of all live sites
4. Manage Site Building team and production systems
5. Manage Team of Partner Account Managers to ensure geographic, language and priority coverage
Analyze and summarize data of partner websites in terms of traffic, revenue contribution, conversion rate of free members and paid members
Produce and Analyse quarterly partner rev share statements for trends, immediate actions
Liaise with partners on latest marketing promotions/SEO techniques and track success of promotions
Production of quarterly partner newsletter (in conjunction with marketing)
Requirements:
Experience in building/recruiting/managing teams
Experience in dedicated Customer Relationship/Partner/Channel Management
Experience in dealing with big corporate accounts and private webmasters
Experience with international companies (dealing with international staff and customers)
Specific experience in traffic/project management
Background of Internet companies, ad agency / marketing company, magazine publishing, call centre/customer service will be a plus.
Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin. Japanese a plus.
Strong data and analytical skills
Strong inter-person and communication skills
SEO/Online Marketing and promotions experience.
