- Act as an internal business consultant for change management to conduct reviews on workflow / system design, propose operations efficiency / systems functionality improvement initiatives, co-ordinate systems/procedures implementation,
- Arrange and support various testings before actual release of new systems / services
- Provide solutions and advices on systems and procedures to users to support timely delivery of services or products,
- Provide on-going support on operational / system problems and write up procedure manuals relating to banking operations
Requirements
- An honors bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research or related discipline with good academic results
- Knowledge on banking operation / credit should be an advantage
- Good knowledge of PC application software, testing tools and system implementation
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
