As part of our expansion, we are now looking to recruit a select number of new graduates. The following job opportunity is now available:

Customer Relationship Officer:  

Job Description:  

The customer relationship officer will be expected to deal with all our international customers on a daily basis. The officer will deal directly with any questions or issues that arise, and in many cases will arrange for our own support team to help the client. A friendly, warm personality and excellent English-language skills are essential! 
In addition the customer relationship officer will help to promote our company and our properties to new clients. These clients come from all over the world, and often work as senior managers for large multi-national companies such as Shell, Sony and ABB. 

Job Requirements:  

1.University or College Degree (degree course is flexible, but should ideally include marketing and English courses)
2. Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
3. Warm and friendly personality (and the ability to deal with people from many different backgrounds)
4. Hard-working, disciplined and self-motivated (essential when working for an international company)

Compensation:

Starting Salary RMB 4,000 per month, plus standard benefits.
All employees are also eligible to receive an annual bonus based on their own performance, and the companies overall performance.
