Coordinator --Fairs &Exhibitions Dept.（full time)

Responsibility:

-Collect information on exhibitors and their transport requirements.
-Telesales - research on internet, cold calls, contact respective exhibitors based on the exhibitor list etc.
-Provide information to exhibitors on how their cargo will be handled
-Coordinate shipments of overseas exhibitors - collect shipments at dedicated warehouse, labeling, consolidation for overseas transport
-Collect and prepare shipping documents and supporting documents for export and import customs clearance
-Maintain statistics on our overseas shipment

Requirements :
-Fluent in written and oral English
-Diligent and willing to work in overtime
-Ability to work in a team
