Position Specification:
Be familiar with the company sales policy and system. Be responsible for the management of the sales department. Accomplish the sales goal and strengthen the communication with customers. Enhancing the rate of sales occupancy, train and expand the troops of sales to improve the influence of the OTIS.
Basic Accountabilities:
1、Supervise, develop, encourage and guide the troops of sales and market in present region.
2、Determine the necessary ratio of market possess and sales goal.
3、Supervise and analyze the opponent production, price, strategy, and guide the sales staff and provide them the skill of success.
4、Assist to interpret the sales policy of price, article of contract, quality, sales skill and the items.
5、Supervise the sales to be conforming for the sales project.
6、Develop and fulfill the sales strategy and prepare the plan and the amount of sales.
7、Complete other task from the manager.
8、Comply and perform the policy of EH&S and safety including company or local, support and participate the activity of EH&S.

1.Work degree: The rate of sales coverage, sales project
2.Period time: response the customers
3.Complete work in time yes or no: The customer feedback and request
4.Accurate degree: Forecast the mistake will happen
5.Quality: The image of the company based on the customer’s surrey.
6.Cost: The practice expense and the sales amount.

1.the sales representative、the sales engineer
2.the manager of branch, the minister of sales、financial department
Qualification Requirement:
1.Education: Under graduate of enterprises management
2.Experience: Relative work experience
3.Language: master the reading and writing English
4.Computer Skills: Be skilled for operating computer and Microsoft office.
5.Other Key Competencies:
·Be well in the skill of negotiating and professorship
·The successful record of ability of leadership and labor management.
·The provable technique of sales management
·Altitude initiative, be able to work independently under great press.
