Job Outline:

Work with IPG CAR team, ISR team, DOM team, supply chain team and marketing team closely to ensure smooth operation on sales forecast, business performance analysis, price communication to direct sales team.

Main Job Focus:

1. Own direct business forecast
consolidate and update direct business forecast from direct sales team and provide forecast to planner and marketing team at a requested frequency
join weekly meeting with supply chain team to drive timely product supply
monitor direct biz inventory level and drive for a balanced inventory performance
monitor TAT report and escalate product supply issue and drive for timely solution

2. Own direct business price maintenance.

Organize timely communication between marketing team and direct sales team
Provide the timely price information including list price, PA disc, promotion information, EOL/NPI details to Sales team.

3. Business intelligence
Sales performance for sales compensation.
Provide direct business performance analysis report for mgt team per request
Identify potential issues in business performance and drive for solution

Qualifications:

1. excellent coordination skills
2. good communication skills (both oral and written)
3. strong self-motivation with good ownership
4. result driven personality
5. very hands-on
6. strong leadership and is capable of leading a virtual team to solve problems
7. project management experience preferred
8. fast learning capability
9. experience in GTM organization is preferred
