1.Research and innovation in radio communication or related area
2.Responsible for pre-study of edging cutting broadcasting/multicast techniques including protocol/algorithms design, analysis, simulation in radio communication
3.Theoretical analysis and prototype design
4.Contribution to patent, standardization and paper
REQUIREMENTS:
1.Ph.D in radio/wireless communication related area
2.Familiar with C/C++, MATLAB, CCSS and Opnet
3.Familiar with broadcast/multicast key techniques based on OFDM/MIMO or more advanced techniques
4.Knowledge about 3GPP Specification is preferred
5.Familiar with FPGA and DSP design in communication system is preferred
6.Excellent verbal and written English, CET-6 or above
7.High responsibility, dedication and team spirit
