Position: Warranty Specialist (主机厂索赔专员)
Report to: Service Senior Manager
Job Location: Shanghai


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- 处理车辆的索赔校验，使用经营管理信息系统数据库，本地数据库校验，与财务部门密切配合及时给通过验证的售后维修站付款。跟踪一次通过率每月报表;
- 每月报表，对top10索赔案例提交现场管理，对特约售后技术中心跟踪是否合理，控制，降低索赔成本;
- 协调有关部门完成新站索赔合同签署;
- 与审计团队配合，做好审计工作;
- 监控召回完成情况，每月报表;
- 针对售后维修站索赔专员的情况，提出培训建议，提升售后维修站索赔专员的业务水平;
- 深刻理解并熟知索赔政策, 协助索赔政策的签署工作;
- 与系统管理人员密切联系和沟通，解决索赔系统出现的故障，保证工作的正常进行;
- 与区域管理人员密切联系和沟通，解决索赔审核与政策不符等问题。


REQUIREMENTS:

- 本科以上;
- 汽车，计算机，财务, 具备良好的英文听说读写能力
- 对汽车知识，计算机数据库知识和财务知识熟悉;
- 数据库能力，会使用经营管理信息系统，熟悉财务知识.
