Major Job Duties:
- To establish and develop an on-going relationship with walk-in customers by greeting and handling their requests and enquiries
- To monitor the customer flow in the branch and report to the Customer Service Officer for appropriate queue-shortening measures when required
- To relate customers queries and complaints to relevant internal departments for proper handling
- To establish and maintain a high quality service
- To proactively identify customer needs and refer to relevant staff to complete the service
- To obtain customer and market feedback for reporting to Branch management
- To prepare accurate and regular transaction statistics
Requirements:
- University degree or above
- At least 1 year financial sales & service experience
- Good communication and service skills
- Committed, self-motivated and can work under pressure
- Good spoken/written English and fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.
