-pump housing and impellors.Machining parts of investment casting, stainless steel and bronze.Bronze sand casting impellors.Machining parts from cast iron, small and big size part machiningNegotiation with suppliers for price and delivery terms, solve financial issues of quality claim.Negotiate with supplier for price according to project, establish price strategy, supplier portfolio strategySign quality contract with suppliers to let the suppliers responsible for its quality. Handle quality claim financial issues, cost of quality problem...Supervise on supplier production capacity and set up delivery contract with suppliersClarify supplier capacity or share of suppliers capacity month to month, sign contract and supplier must be responsible for its delivery delay.Clarify WILO purchasing plan through the year and offer solution when supplier is too busy.Work together with supplier quality team to carry on supplier audit and to push the supplier for corrective action plan and improve the supplier.Offer all kinds of solution to production need, quick and correct response.Working experience:Cast iron experience with DISA Matic moulding lines and other horizontal moulding lines.Experience with machining process and mastering of machining technology is appreciatedExperience of working with US or European colleagues. Skills:Knowledge of foundry process and machining processFamiliar with quality control tools:SPC, FME
