ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Meetings
* organize biannually Senior Manager Retreats
* prepare for monthly Senior Manager meetings
* prepare for monthly Management Team meetings
* organize quarterly company
-wide meetings
* assist with gathering information for Board of Directors meetings
* transcribe and circulate minutes for meetingsBudgets
* assist with preparation of annual budgets
* monthly variance reports
* expense reportsTravel Coordinator
* act as liaison between company travelers and travel agency
* meet with representatives from airlines, car rental agencies, and local hotels
* set up new employees on travel system
* monthly travel report analysisMisc.
* coordinate travel arrangements, dealer visits, subsidiary office visits
* schedule meetings
* answer phones
* general correspondence
* distribute mail

-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
