Goals/Mission
Implementation and controlling of process within I&S Metal Technology: Clearing, sales project implementation, project reviews, LOA, AID.
Tasks
- Consistency and completenes of the project list, consolidation of project lists of product sections with regions BTA and account opportunity lists.
- Controlling and contribution in the LOA process, consolidation of data with project list data.
- Support in organization and reporting for the project reviews.
- Others: Support for controlling of AID progress, presentations and reference lists, BTA regions.
Education
Bachelor above
Knowledge/Languages
Knowledge in office applications(PPT, Excel, Work...)
Good communication skills
Excellent English
Experience
Experience in maintaining customer/project databases
Experience in communication and coordination with principals overseas

Working Partners/Contacts
Internal: sales OB and CB section managers and project managers, Project Team section managers and Project Managers, I&S Corporate function.
External: HQ sales PM and section managers for clearing.
