上海中信亚特斯诊断试剂有限公司成立于2003年7月，是加拿大上市的亚特斯公司（Adaltis Inc.）的全资子公司。加拿大亚特斯公司的两大主要股东为加拿大鲍尔公司（财富杂志—世界500强企业）和中信泰富有限公司（香港上市公司），2004年12月，加拿大亚特斯公司向中信泰富有限公司收购了其持有的上海中信亚特斯诊断试剂有限公司的股份，从而拥有中信亚特斯100%股权。
上海中信亚特斯诊断试剂有限公司主要研发、生产和销售体外诊断试剂和仪器。中信亚特斯在2003在上海建立工厂, 工厂于翌年11月正式落成，是中国最早具有国际质量认证的体外诊断试剂生产工厂之一。
中信亚特斯工厂已发展成为具备国际水准并符合GMP生产条件的制造基地，工厂占地逾一万四千多平方米，座落在上海张江高科技园区，工厂设有先进完善的生产线，为全球市场提供高科技的临床诊断产品组合。

1. Responsibilities and Requirements:
Industrial Post-Doctorate Position:
Number of positions: 2
Academic Requirement:
Candidate should hold a Ph.D. in Biological Science (immunology, biochemistry, or biotechnology etc. experience in in-vitro diagnostic will be a plus).
Job Description:
Report to the CPIT (Continuous Product Improvement Team) Manager to assist in the management of the Product Group to develop and improve in vitro diagnostic assays. The candidates are expected to be able to take full responsibility of the development after a training period. Daily operation duties include providing accurate guidelines to project leaders with specific focuses to facilitate project progress; overseeing laboratory procedures to ensure efficiency and to avoid foreseeable technical problems; Analyzing experimental results and composing of executive reports to the CPIT Manager.

Academic Requirement:
Candidates should have a MS or BS degree in Biological Science (immunology, biochemistry, or biotechnology etc. experience in in-vitro diagnostic will be a plus).
Job Description:
Report to Project leaders in different development diagnostic assays projects. Candidates are expected to be able to independently function in a laboratory environment and able to perform different biological/immunoassay analysis techniques. Daily operations include performing experiments, quality document preparations, technical sourcing of biological raw materials and provide technical support to other departments.
