-ordinate all meeting room and video conference bookings, maintaining awareness of room availability at all timesContact TCs should wraps not be at reception on interview dayPrint out candidate resumes at Consultant/TC requestMeet and greet guests professionally and with a smileAnswer all incoming telephone calls with standard phraseClear answering machines every morning and distribute messagesManage the office resume account(s)Work with partner to create ResMan record, attach resumes and add Application Received action efficiently and promptly (offices without Candidate Managers)Distribute resumes to appropriate Consultant (or Team Accounts, as applicable) (offices with Candidate Managers) Requirements: Diploma in Secretarial StudiesAt least 1
-year experience in a reception/support role.Education or exposure to proposed industry.Fluent English skills
