Sourcing Engineer 采购工程师 (Location: Shanghai)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Identify and assess new suppliers and conduct factory inspections.

·         Perform QC inspections of supplier products & manufacturing processes.

·         Evaluate quotations, conduct negotiations and develop suppliers.

·         Analyze and keep abreast of market prices and developments.

·         Update supplier database and regularly report project progress.

·         Develop policies, guidelines and procedures for continuous improvements.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

·         MINIMUM 3 YEARS of solid hands-on related work experience.

·         Degree in mechanical engineering or other technical background is preferred.

·         Good command of written English (good verbal skills a plus).

·         Solid knowledge of MS Office and CAD software.
2) Sourcing Assistant 采购助理 (Location: Shanghai)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and assess new suppliers; Conduct factory inspections.

Assist with QC inspections reports.

Research raw material prices.

Follow-up or order status and provide project reports.

Update supplier database and regularly report project progress.

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION:

MINIMUM 1 YEAR of solid hands-on experience.

Degree in mechanical engineering or other technical background preferred.

Good command of written English (good verbal skills a plus).

Strong internet research and computer skills (MS Office and CAD software).
