康明斯燃油系统（武汉）有限公司成立于2007年2月，系美国500强之一的康明斯公司投资的全资子公司，系生产制造型企业，主要生产发动机的油嘴和油泵。公司位于武汉经济技术开发区，占地面积30多亩，厂房正在兴建之中，预计将于2007年10月竣工。目前公司有正式员工9人，两年内预计规模将达到200人。

产品：

康明斯燃油系统------为9升至78升排量范围的柴油机设计、开发和制造新型燃油系统以及电控模块的再制。产品见下图

· Responsible for championing programs for new products, product improvement and product reliability负责新产品的发布、产品改进和产品可靠性研究

· Provide technical support to other departments (Production, Warranty analysis, Quality, etc.).为其他部门提供技术支持（产品部、保修分析、质量部及其他部门）

· Analyze and understand the prints and drawings for Cummins products and engineering specifications. Perform product testing to guarantee the reliability on the Recon processes.分析和理解康明斯产品图纸和设计规格。进行产品测试以保证其可靠性

• IT business analyst is required to implement/support IT solutions to approach business great growth requirements. 制定IT策略并执行以达成公司快速成长的需要。

Job Description :职位描述：

• Overall IT supervision and IT strategy development to make capability building and objective management by metrics integral to IT planning and operations in Fuel System. IT系统的全面执行，IT 策略的制定以达成企业能力的建设和目标管理。
• Supervision IT services that Fuel System IT provides to each functional area. 为各部门提供IT服务。
• Supervision IT effort (feasibility study, planning, project management, system implementation, etc.) of major growth initiatives in Fuel System. IT功效（可行性研究，计划，项目管理，系统达成 ）执行。

• More than 3 years ERP system implementation or consulting experience 3年以上ERP执行或顾问工作经验。
• More than 2 years IT project management experiences. PMP preferred 2年以上IT 项目管理经验，PMP资格者尤佳。
• Oracle 11i eBusiness Suite Implementation Oracle 11i eBusiness Suite 执行。
• Strong IT Project Management skill 优秀的IT项目管理技能。
• Good Communication Capability 良好的沟通能力。

· Implement manufacturing solutions to achieve production requirements to support company development .提供制造解决方案以达成公司成长的需要。

Job Description: 职位概述:

• Provide leadership and the necessary direction to ensure that the product is received by the customer in the least amount of time and at a reasonable cost. 协助生产经理做好生产车间的各个环节的管理，确保按照客户要求按时并以合理的成本提供产品。
• Ensure that the working environment is adequate by means of implementing the policies and procedures of the company.确保生产环境完全符合公司的政策和程序要求。
• Administer the human and economic resources of the area.管理人员及其它资源。
